Rate: £60k-£80k Per Annum + Bonus And Benefits Location: London Developer - FX, Java, Linux, Multithreading, Investment Bank. A first tier Investment Bank requires a VP Team Lead to join the FX electronic trading team. Your main responsibilities will be: (1) Lead the technical design and development for streams of work for the FX E-commerce trading platform (eFX). Reporting to the head of FX E-commerce based in London, contribute towards the overall strategy and technical direction of the group. (2) Work as part of global and diversified team to deliver consistent services and products to the FX business. Line management of a small (c.5) development team. (3) Coach and Mentor team members to improve development processes and deliverables. (4) Participate in all phases of software development life cycle: specification, development, testing and deployment. (5) Ensuring team produces deliverables meeting defined coding standards, well commented, maintainable and including appropriate levels of unit and system tests.
